About us
A paid-media team built for advisors — not around one personality.
AdvisorPipeline Media is a paid-media consultancy for independent financial and insurance professionals in Canada and the United States. We plan, run, and report on advertising that turns ad spend into booked appointments — campaigns you own, measured honestly, in a heavily regulated industry.

Who we are
Most advisor marketing is sold two ways: shared leads bought by the batch, or generic agency retainers built for any local business. We started AdvisorPipeline Media because neither fits how independent advisors and insurance professionals actually grow — one trusted client relationship at a time, under strict advertising rules.
We are a group practice, not a personal brand. Clients work with the team, our process, and our reporting — and as we grow, new specialists join under the same name and the same standards. That's deliberate: a pipeline you depend on shouldn't depend on any single person being available.
“Our job is not to sell you leads. It's to build an advertising pipeline your practice owns — and to show you, in plain numbers, what every appointment cost.”
What we do
Paid media only — planned and managed as one pipeline across the channels where your future clients actually search, scroll, and compare advisors.
Google & Microsoft Ads
Search campaigns that capture people actively looking for an advisor, a plan, or a second opinion — the highest-intent traffic there is.
Meta
Facebook and Instagram campaigns built around offers worth responding to — reviews, guides, and booked calls, not vanity reach.
Targeting by profession, employer, and life stage — for advisors whose best clients are business owners and professionals.
Programmatic
Display and native placements that keep your practice visible between the first search and the booked appointment.
Measurement & reporting
Tracking from click to booked appointment, reported in the open — including what a lead, a qualified conversation, and an appointment each actually cost.
How we work
Four commitments that shape every engagement, whoever on the team runs your account.
You own the pipeline
Your ad accounts, your data, your audience. We build inside accounts that belong to your practice, so the asset compounds for you — not for a lead vendor reselling the same names to your competitors.
Honest numbers, defined terms
“Lead” can mean a form fill, a qualified conversation, or a booked appointment — and quoted costs vary wildly depending on which one is meant. We define the term before we quote the number, and we publish our benchmarks with sources and dates so you can check them.
Built for a regulated industry
Financial and insurance advertising in Canada and the US comes with disclosure, review, and record-keeping obligations. We plan campaigns and copy with those constraints in mind from the first draft, not as an afterthought.
Senior hands, small team
We stay deliberately small. The people who plan your campaigns are the people who run and report on them — and as the team grows, every addition is hired against that standard.
The team
AdvisorPipeline Media is a team practice, not a personal brand — the work, the process, and the reporting belong to the practice, not to any one person.
A small, senior paid-media team — and growing
We're a deliberately small team of senior paid-media specialists focused on one industry: independent financial and insurance professionals in Canada and the US. The people who plan your campaigns are the people who run and report on them, across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic.
The team is growing. As client work expands, we're adding specialists across media buying, analytics, and creative — each hired against the same standard of senior, hands-on work. You'll find the people behind the work on our Meet the Team page.
